how do we cal the test statistic for one tailed and two tailed sir ?? for two tailed we are taking min(w+,w-) and one tailed amx(w+,w-)

In Sign test, we had taken the critical value as 1 at n=11. But in Wilcoxon Sign rank test, we have taken critical value as 11. Thats why here we reject the null hypothesis and we failed to reject the null hypothesis in sign test. Otherwise if it was 11, then it would have got rejected. Thank you
