I am thoroughly enjoying this! A long time ago, when the kids were in grade school, I used to do similar crafts late into the night after they had gone to bed and the house was quiet. My craft room is full of materials, old designs & projects. You have inspired me to start doing these things again, this time for my grandchildren!

Wish our second hand shops were for creative people. I live in Alaska, on the peninsula. We have two of them. And because people think we are a third world country, shipping is a nightmare! Not negative, just facts.

This tutorial was extremely informative on not only how to sketch the flowers but to also make it into a book. How cool was that!! I wondered what size your cards are? Hi I hear you about weeds but on the big plus side, they contain a whole lots of healing properties in them, that's why they call them weeds so you will get rid of them. Used to kill them but now I don't they all have a purposeful use.

What you do is perfect. the length of time is a bonus because we get to see the whole process, from start to finnish. I would love you to sketch, sweetpeas, and freesia. My favorite flowers.

I enjoy your pen drawings so much. You inspired me to get my pens out and draw thistles. I planted comfrey in my flower bed. An interesting note on comfrey- it is a healing plant. Some people make creams with it, but I crushed the leaves for burns or scrapes. It is amazing how healing it is. It will also enrich the soil, so even though it wants to tale over, I just chop and drop for fertilizer.

I am so pleased to have you back. I am always happy to be back in my studio after spending the summer in our motor home. I can’t imagine what you have been working on with your house build. We have built two houses in our life and we always had a house to live in. You will look back on this season of your life and be so proud of yourselves. I love watching you sketch. Been watching your videos for a bit now. Welcome back. I haven't sketched in a while and you inspired me to get back to doing it and I'm really enjoying "doodling" along with you. Your work is so beautiful and I love what you do with nature - the leaves and feathers, etc. I probably saw it before but can't remember > you mentioned in this video that you showed the book American Wildflowers in one of your previous videos. Thank you 😊. I have several sketch videos on my playlist. I don’t use a book I prefer to use scraps of paper left over from my journal making or paper I have gotten from a thrift shop 😊

@@kathyschieb6686 oh sorry lol. I used a few old ones I find in my second hand book store. This one was called wild flowers of America. I found a new old book about grasses. I also just imagine things from my head.
