Something is very off about the stallion that was trying to fight all the other horses. I love the way the other horses made sure the foal was well protected.

A cowboy buys a horse from the town pastor. The pastor explains, “To make the horse go, you gotta yell, ‘Thank God!’ And to make it stop, yell, ‘Hallelujah.’” The cowboy rides away. He rides all day and starts to nod off in the saddle when he notices he is about to ride straight over a cliff. Searching his memory, he yells to the horse, “Hallelujah! Hallelujah!” The horse grinds to a stop just at the edge of the cliff. The cowboy wipes the sweat off his forehead. “Phew!” the cowboy sighs. “Thank God!”

That buckskin looked so amazing with that long mane, that chestnut stallion wanted to get out at first but fact is if two stallions are really bonded together they may rule together, thats what that bay did, protected main stallion from buckskin, you see even stallions have best friends that are their gender 😊😊

SpDub23 No they're not vicious. Stallions rarely injure each other seriously. They are very aware and give plenty of opportunities to avoid fights.

It is funny how they stop for the foal to get through and then it just stands there it's like when a squirrel is in the road and you stop the car for it to move out of your way and then they just run back and forth in front of your car. LOL

Funny that you mention that. In an earlier draft of the movie Spirit got into a fight with another stallion but in the final film they decided to change it to a Puma instead.

Melanie Hetfield The buckskin is a auxiliary stallion to a large band, the 2 sorrels with the 2 mares and foal were heading to water when the buckskin came running over to try and steal the mares. The dark bay is a bachelor who stuck his nose where it wasn't wanted and got his butt kicked for his trouble. The buckskin then ran back to his band. Lots of action around when the mares are foaling and going back into heat. The buckskin was stirring up trouble beforehand at the watering hole. Was taking still photos of them earlier.

Beautiful wild life.. We should keep wild life like this. For these people saying you gotta take the horse away from the others that's not a good idea you would ruin the horses instincts that way.

Mustangs are protected and you cannot approach them after a certain distance. Encounters are different, but filming and other activities are heavily regulated.
