I just started few days ago. Extra hard game...And since this is my first game like this I dont get this "good guys" vs " bad guys". So you meet 2 guys, you are all "frendly good guys" and then you storm into some house shooting "bad guys"? I still don't understand that dynamic and how does it flow...

It's a very complex question to answer, but to put it in simple terms .... Some people out there are nice, if you find a nice person and team up with them you head out on an adventure to gear up. Once you have your set teammate, often you will attack any other teams or players. That says... Trust is always a delicate thing. It's one of the cool things about days. It's a sandbox with little "rules". Feel evil today? Do evil stuff. Want to just fish in a random lake alone and make a base? Go ahead

So I play a variety of servers, but in this video it was mainly PNW Vanilla and Bitteroot Playtest. PNW is a new map that is up at all times, Bitteroot currently is in development and does playtesting every month or 2 for 2 weeks.
