I respect the fact that you abide by the rules of sizing every fish, crab, lobster and abalone you catch. It shows that you care. Much respect.

Us South African sustainable fishermen are really taught an important lesson by you guys. Fish Locker, and fishermen like you are at the forefront of taking very great care to abide by the size regulations. The result? You can still fish for Lobster, and crabs. In South Africa, the crayfish(lobster) regulations have forced authorities to limit the lobster fishing season to a mere 2 weeks per year!! And we cannot harvest abalone any more. My kids and grandchildren will never taste/catch and cook an abalone in their lifetime. They may never catch and cook a lobster either. I really salute you guys who are logically educated enough to recognize the reasoning behind government imposed regulations!

I could seriously watch you do a catch and cook EVERY single day!! Love these cook ups on the beach that you do. Only thing missing is Sam enjoying the forage and meal with you.

I agree with you completely about eating seafood as natural as possible. The flavours are good enough to enjoy on their own without strong sauces or making them into different things
@matty6848
@matty6848 2 жыл бұрын
Agreed. With seafood it’s all about simplicity. You don’t need all these sauces and other ingredients that smother the natural taste of crab, Lobster and shrimp etc. personally I love crab meat with a bit of fresh lemon juice job done😋

Great video. You certainly came across a variety of things. Never sure myself of the right size to take home of crabs and lobsters which probably explains why I'm left buying these from stores which can be extremely expensive. An enjoyable and entertaining video. Thank you for sharing.

I would love to try lady crab one day. Do you get fresh water crayfish in the quarry’s on the island? If so I reckon you would enjoy the taste. Just make sure you give them a proper rinse before cooking. Catch you on the next one 👍🇨🇦
