Best viewed in 60 fps. Both characters are used here. This is my second video of this game, although the picture quality is a little higher than the last one. Both races were not played one right after the other.

I like to imagine this is set in the same universe as Jet Set Radio. Those portrait animations remind me of Gmod animations with how they're animated. I love it.

I feel like the person behind the vocal track of Keith's song ("We Are Outlaws") was Eric Martin. It sounds vaguely like him. It's not fully easy to make it out, but I know he collborated with Sega on Daytona Circuit Championship Edition and Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin (Sega CD). The main music was done by Masanori Takeuchi, who also composed Harley-Davidson & L.A. Riders and Ocean Hunter for Model 3 Step 2, then on Naomi he composed Airline Pilots, and shortly before this game he did Sega Strike Fighter, then this game. The song and Trish's theme are both streamed PCM, so you would more than likely need to extract the song out of the cartridge, with the rest of the in-game music being MIDI. Sega music has an interesting legacy to say the least.

Yeah but the funniest part is they kept crashing but did you saw a Initial D Cameo? You can see Nakazato speeding down the highway in a black Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II

In an alternative universe, i could picture this as a Sonic game with Sonic and Amy replacing Keith and Trish, while Captain Patrick would be replaced with Dr. Eggman

"WHERE'D YOU COME FROM?!" I believe there was a bike meetup between 2 outlaw biker gangs, then Cpt. Patrick ambushed them, so you, as either Keith Raven (with the Flamingos) or Trish Moon (from the Divas) have to do an epic getaway around the city.

Which emulator are you using? If it's Flycast, it can be changed by setting "region" to USA. However, if I recall correctly, when I first tried this, it didn't work because it wasn't a US version of naomi2.zip.
