Yeah, I have noticed a lot how it doesn't matter if you play your lane good as ADC and win the lane, if the other 3 or 4 are not doing a good job it's over, you don't have the AoE of a mage or a super massive burst, you don't have the survivability of a fighter or tank to split push or the engage capabilities, neither the mobility that some junglers could have to escape from difficult situations, you only have damage to either kill the most squishy champions or defend towers from minion waves and that's it, ironic how the "Carry" can just be as dependant from teammates as the support because you don't have anything else, and still other lanes are full of people playing ADCs like if they were to win more for that.

For the future I would consider, if you will do champ requests again, to do it on a Smurf account instead of your main account. Royal does the same strategy with his NA Smurf account. I don’t think the viewers would mind much because the champ request viewers care more about learning about the basics of a champ than the ELO you’re playing in; the constant meddling with your champ pool on your main account will negatively affect your overall climb because of champ mastery differences. I learned this myself this season playing junglers and supports I had lower mastery with than my mains even though I have hit my peak rank with them in previous seasons; I just recovered from nearly going down a whole division by sticking to my 3 champ pool. I know a couple seasons ago I did put out a Smurf queue climbing guide but I think now that a lot of stuff in that guide was not accurate and did not truly respect the power of champion and role mastery. I say now in a nutshell that to climb solo in Ranked your strategy has to 1) Reduce Variance, and 2) prevent self-sabotage from emotional low points in the climb. I am also now against duo Queuing from an improvement perspective even if you main support because it is not as beneficial to self-improvement in the long term of multiple seasons.

I think it all (current meta) revolves around one single “balanced” rune. Guess which? 😅 We are in meta where best champions are: khazix, evelynn , lee sin, lux and so on… so yeah, I blame First strike/bullet rune here. Like, look: 32:50 of video. You got 70 gold for what - using 1 Q (and not mantra one!)? I see Evelynns killing some 0/7 guys with full cast (w ult) and receiving 100 gold from his death… and 220 gold from bullet! I don’t want to swear, so I’ll say nothing more 🤐

Can be BrokenAF but kinda vulnerable in mid and late game. So some tank items is a must. I also played Nilah Support. I stopped playing her... because I keep beaten by highly skilled players with it. Camille Support is a no-go for me too. I'm not good enough with her.

IDK if this is coincidence or not but I when I picked this game back up recently and started playing AP nami with 75% WR sky rocketing my rank to almost master. I post highlight clips on Reddit got flamed by a bunch of neck beards and next thing I know I hit the worst losers que streak ever down to Emerald 2. Now stuck in D4 with the same BS no matter what I do to get wins I get teamed up with 4 inters to reset all my wins.

As an adc, I can safely say the role is just if not more than just quite literally mental abuse. These past few seasons' matchmaking is genuinely the worst I've ever had, having to play with trolls (inters, building troll builds, afk's) and noobs that don't belong in emerald/diamond. I started last few seasons with 50% winrate and positive kda, to now having quite literally 40% winrate and decent kda, and the most svp's I've ever gotten in the first 30 games of a season 😂😂😂. This game is doomed if rito don't do anything about this.

I don't know how, but plat SEA players are way better than those teammates you have in that Thresh game 😂. They at the very least know how to take lantern 😂😂. Also you're right that you need high burst champions to climb, that's why I play Varus and Kai'sa.
