It’s pretty hard with the timezone difference (legendary queue is only open 18:00-22:00 China time) so the climb is rly slow but I’m not giving up

Mortal Reminder for slot efficiency, Chempunk Chainsaw if you built Serylda's Grudge already. Duskblade is the strongest item early game but the less useful lategame, Youmuu's is always mandatory for fast roaming and ganking, Edge of Night is amazing to assassinate people and get out alive in teamfights, Serpent's Fang is situational if enemy team has a lot of shielding.

In this meta picking a Mortal Reminder somewhere down the build should be a given in most matches.

Khazix is an assassin, he needs to 1 shot his target. Anti-heal isn’t useful on him.

@@Exacerberus Serylda's would be a better pick unless the enemy teams have multiple healing champs, in which case you wanna get a mortal reminder and evolved W instead of R

@@jsf2898 In 95% of the cases you don't want to evolve R, W as last evolution gives much better poke, AoE and CC, evolving R looks only advisable when having access to priority targets is extremely difficult. As for Serylda's it's regardless an excellent item for Kha'Zix, picking it or Mortal Reminder depends on the enemy team comp.
