I tried the on-hit AD crit teemo with nashor, been very reliable in assassin kills and sustain and harrass push. (Vamp runes, vamp boots, 2 vamp items): 1st Nashor, 2nd BoRK, 3rd is either StormRazor/Hurricane/Bloodthirst depends on matchup , 4th or 5th is IE or GA (usually go GA first so you can use the passive revive and then sell it and buy IE after passive is gone because after the next back you should be able to rebuy GA again. It is pointless to hold to GA with its long cooldown you SHOULD be able to earn gold to rebuy the GA again even if u lose gold selling it back. Also not good idea to buy GA so late since by late game you prob lose or win already and the item will deem useless after passive is gone. Always sell and buy a diff item such as a shield item Maw or Phantom) You can go invisible, then pop attack speed+crits on enemy with a surprise. The lifesteal is insanely good for 1v2 and sometimes 1v3
