Interesting technique by the kid in white. He takes less steps and leaves time to the bike to be pushed forward to its maximum speed. Fast steps like the other kids do, might seem the intuitive thing to do but every time the foot hits the road it adds friction and decelerates the bike. As a results too many steps cancel out each other. Oh and this was adorable.

We also didn't get to hear the line he shouted about how he's not going to lose and he's going to give it his all right as he blasts past the lead racer. Then the kid he passes up becomes shocked about how the kid he beat three months ago has made so much progress in such a short amount of time.

I can feel this can be a background story of a character in an anime The MC, former champion of strider racing disappear after a losing in a major competition, the heroine, a fan of strider racing found him years later in a highschool asking him why did he leave the racing scene Damn my mind went wild right there, but well this is just a plot of some anime that I forgot the title, not about strider racing ofc.

You can clearly see in this video that the degree of competitiveness that we have in us, we are atleast somewhat born with. Some of those kids clearly want to win while others are more or less along for the ride. Not saying either is better or worse

The part they dont tell you is every position back from first is a lashing for the kid. Second place gets one, third place gets two and so on.

Review playback the winner in white helmet at the beginning .he was at the last. Then suddenly 2 rider Fell off the bike,then he chase the leading 2 bike using his only one leg running,that's why he overtake the 2biker,, he's outside the right turn,then sprint to win the 1st place.you can see his one leg.tapping The track..brilliant move huh?lol..
