Salem is last again, he never wins running races, but, with the help of some mechanical wonder shoes, he races around the city performing remarkable feats and good deeds. When the shoes break down, Salem asks Mansour to fix them in time for the next running race, but Mansour decides to teach Salem a gentle lesson about cheating.
