As a new bourbon drinker I totally agree. Buffalo Trace underwhelmed me immensely, while WT101 is my favorite daily so far. Haven't tried Michters yet

I guess I like underwhelming bourbon. I use Buffalo Trace as a primer bourbon, before trying others. 🥃

This is definitely sourced, so it’s a great call out to ask. Hard to pin it on any other bottle. Whatever they’ve done to blend or condition, it still provides a fair amount of uniqueness. Cheers! 3️⃣🥃⬇️
