My name is Cindy Whitmire. In 1994, I was in a head-on collision and sustained a traumatic brain injury. I have come a long way since then. No longer am I permanently in a wheelchair. I went from living in a nursing home to an assisted living after having a series of small strokes in 2013. My last stroke was in 2017. I am now a shut-in. Reaching out through KZfaq gives me a sense of freedom and fellowship with the dolly community. I want to make my channel playful, and real. Hi Cindy. Yes, last week was terribly hot and humid. We have rain today. Gretel looks cute with her pigtails. My mom wrote some poetry. I’m blessed to have her book of poems.
