the trick is to keep your left hand covering more of your right than the other way around, and to relax. don’t squeeze your hands too tightly, keep everything loose and have patientce. keep trying different positions by shifting your hands slightly. once you feel a buzzing when you blow, that’s how u know you’re close. i got it within 20 minutes and ive been practicing doing it on command since and im getting it between 2-3 tries now. you got this.

I’ve been doing this since I was a child. Someone taught me on holiday and then I learned to play tunes. I find it impresses people the first time, but annoys my family members 😂. The larger the hollow inside your hands, the lower the note, so you can learn to go up and down by squeezing and expanding that space, all which tout creating unwanted gaps in your hands. The only gap should be between your thumbs. That’s where the air comes out, too. If you’re struggling, remember to keep your hands somewhat soft. If you tense up, it makes it really difficult to get the right shape.

But then a couple days ago I heard an owl and tried again and it came out so clear. It comes and goes. Don’t worry if you don’t get it the first time or can’t figure it out every once in a while. I promise you’ll be able to do it, just maybe not today.

@harithanam85515 ай бұрын
@@lingchen1216 as a person who learnt this 4 years before itself, (took me 3 continuous hard days just to get the low frequency whistle sound ) the key is to make your hand cup shaped (more space inside) , not letting air through anything (if ur air is redirected into ur wrists i.e u feel air outside the cavity, u r doing it wrong!!!!) and most importantly DO NOT BLOW AIR INTO THE HOLE as she mentioned , it is the way the air comes out after hitting all the curvy surface of your enclosed palms instead, try blowing a little above or even more higher but never come down the thumb knuckles I'll also share what position I keep my lips while using a hand whistle upper lips just below the nail, and lower lips just below the knuckles you shall bend your thumbs and rest it on your index for better results this air blowing job is really frustrating and tiring, but it's worth it after you get comfortable with it, try changing pitches by oscillating the 4 fingers (left hand) back and forth good luck❤

Wonderful tutorial Jonna! You are the Scandinavian mother goddess and your videos have touched my heart and soul, reminding me of our Oneness with Gaia and bringing back memories of growing up in the high mountain deserts of New Mexico, running around barefoot all Summer long, outside all day til my skin turned brown and my hair white. Someday I will visit Scandinavia and learn about my ancestors from Norway. Eternal gratitude. This online community you have created with your artful videos is a Fifth Dimensional Aquarian Age community. Lightworkers. Starseeds. Earth Angels. Compassionate humans. I am here for all of if. 100%.

She would be an awesome teacher I learned in seconds rather than in hours. I saw a youtuber who watched videos on how to do it and learned it after a month

I learned this back in 7th. It was so fun. Make sure your hands are dry. That was the best tip I got, now it's the best tip I can give.

Yes, Jonna, take the internet bull by the horns and take back your property. Yay! Many of us have been ripped off in business, creative endeavors and personal relationships. The only path forward is to persist and to unmask those who have tried to profit unfairly on the backs of others.

I've been hooting this way like an owl or pigeon since I was a kid. This, whistling, and using grass as a reed to make a really loud sound is how I spent much of my childhood, lol! And how I call my dog now.

I only have one hand, so I'll never be able to do it. But when I was a child my dream was to make the sounds the birds from my bioma make ♡ That's amazing!

It takes a bit of practice. I was able to make a sound after trying it for a few days. I recommend experimenting with the “chamber” and opening size. It also helps if you wet yours lips beforehand.

I learned the base sound as a kid and taught my kids too, but that high-pitched sound is new to me.
