Rainbow Village is in a drought. Rainbow Ruby transforms into an environmental scientist and goes around the town to solve the problem. She creates rain by using her Rain Seed and with help of the clouds and teaches the villagers on conserving water.
There is a swarm of bees in the village that is terrorizing the villagers. Ruby becomes a beekeeper and finds out that the bees are wandering around since their hive was destroyed. She creates a new hive and lead the bees safely to their new home.
