On this Vlog Connor and Eric show you how goats are reducing wildfire risk, take you behind the scenes at a wildland fire with air support and celebrate a last shift ceremony with a retiring Engineer.

I love how Conner is sooooo enthusiastic about everything! It makes the videos more fun and not so serious, no matter the topics.

Never have seen a retirement ceremony and final radio call on the fire side before. Very cool. Happy Retirement.

I think the way you send off a retiring member is great. It is very touching and a heart warming. Way to go South Metro.

That was good, fire mitigating goats. They get a good meal and decrease fire danger at the same time and the kids have a blast as well. Every station ought to have PIOs as enthusiastic as you two are. Connor always seems on the brink of cracking-up. That was a great send off for the Engineer retiring, a memorable moment and great celebration too. SMFR just seems to do everything the right way.
