The drive begins in Wildwood Crest on Atlantic Avenue, down Rio Grand Avenue, past the Wildwood Beach Ball Sign, continues to explore many of the famous Doo Wop motels, and ends at the retro-inspired Wawa. Within the Doo Wop Motel District, a two mile stretch between Atlantic and Ocean avenues, you'll find the largest concentration of mid-century commercial motels in the nation! Block after block features unique eye-catching signs and and kitschy architecture. Enjoy this Wildwood drive through!

I'm sure a lot are, but not all of them! I stayed in the Starlux & I wouldn't say it was a dump. Believe me, I've stayed in dumps before!

Somewhere in the country, some kid is saying "When we went to Jersey, we always stayed at American Safari and the Attache..." Out of the 100000 motels, that was the one.
