It was nice seeing the officer interact so well w/ kids. Those are the projects I grew up in. sherman hills. Never ran, never will lol. I had so much fun growing up there. you never knew what was going to happen. honestly, WBPD is great. they are professional and respectful. the only officer i ever had an issue with was Collins. but, he was a bastard to everybody. he treated everyone foul. for the most part, wbpd officers are very helpful and respetful

They called us "the project kids" on schooley Ave in Exeter back in the 80-90's. The chaos was normal to us kids so we didn't know how bad it was until we grew up, looked back on it like wtf. .

I went to school with this officer. Served in the marines as well. Not only outstanding police officer. But a fantastic marine and amazing human being and person. Hope all is still well Joe. Semper fi

Never seen a Wilkes Barre office interact with the public before like in this video. I really hope this wasn't s promotional video because that was definitely staged. You should have documented Collins and then corruption in the department. Thank god a lawyer and a judge finally believed the victims of Collins.

Horrible PD complete lack of integrity and professionalism. They let my house be burglarized my wife called them. They arrived and began to treat me as the criminal. The report was filed they had evidence and proof who stole over 3k worth in personal items and even my kids food. They down played the situation no one ever followed up on it the never even with through with court proceedings. It's been a few years and no one has ever got back to me nor the money lost reimbursed. This city should be avoided at all cost. This PD is a shinning example of the distrust and the deplorable state of our civil servants never have I been treated like that and felt so let down to this day my kids hide their toys because they think they are going to get stolen not to mention their complete lack of trust and respect for these uniformed employees.
