Esto es un echo de razonabilidad, primero si hubo un permiso verbal por parte del amigo del esposo de Ly, habria que esperar que regrese este hombre, para que ratifique que el lugar fue prestado por el, si es asì hay que aclarar en que condiciones tomaron este lugar, si es cierto lo que dice Ly,que estaba este lugar desmantelado, abandonado, entonces esta mujer deberà pagar todos los arreglos, nuevas construcciones, sembrado, etc, este es el derecho que corresponde a Ly, y su esposo, siempre que el amigo ratifique que el le cediò el lugar, osea que para este patotera mujer no le sera nada facil recuperar este inmueble sino abona por todo lo nuevo echo en esta casa.
