Here's some examples: - Dried Chicken Blood - Dough Balls - Other Fish ( Bait Fish ) - Worms - Beemoths - Lunch Meat - Hot Dogs ( Catfish are part of the carp family ) - And much more Also, catfish are bottom feeders.

Sunfish are a group of small freshwater fish of several closely related species. They're rarely heavier than 2 pounds. You're thinking of the "Ocean Sunfish" or "Mola Mola" which is a completely different fish.

Hope you recommended the tab idea to the place in Tahiti that's very useful info for anyone in survival situations. Soda tabs and fruit cup tabs or tuna can cat food can tabs can really get you some nourishment if you're in need of it. I've watched vids for about a year now and you never seize to amaze with your projects. Keep it up!

The fish he caught isn't a cá rô very similar but not quite the same thats why you havent seen a cá rô that color the fish he caught is known as a red devil Cichlid. :)

hi grant, i think you can improve the hook by cutting it in the opposite direction so when the hook gets in it will resist coming out, ok im not the best in explaining but regular hooks has it too

i suggest you tie the end of the string to a bottle and just roll the string and just roll it out because you might slit your wrist and die when a larger fish pull you in

He could loosen up the fishing rope so it won't affect the blood flow and/or slit his hand. Also, he could put a napkin in between his fingers, which would be much easier than asking someone for a bottle if you're at a place where you can eat.

Davedabrave I hope you realize he's not ACTUALLY in Tahiti. He's still in Hawai'i, on the island of O'ahu, at the PCC (Polynesian Cultural Center), which has "islands", which are actually segments of land inside the center, that are dedicated to Polynesian culture from islands like Tahiti (as seen in the video), Rapa Nui (Easter Island) New Zealand, Samoa, Guam, Hawai'i, etc.
