What do you make of our thoughts on Darwin? Do you think he suits Klopp's system?
Jose and I have heavily debated this together since he signed for the club and I see that this point of discussion has been more talked about than ever after our game against United, where he failed to have a real impact on the game. Cause there’s no doubting his ability but I worry about how suits our play when we come up against low block opposition when we dominate possession.

To be honest Darwin is a great player he hasn’t gain his full strength yet I’m sure he needs more time, he just lack confidence in front of Goal and he Needs Encouragement from fans

Leo 0:43 “the more I see of him, the more…..”… and I couldn’t agree more my friend!! His chip at the weekend showed that he is confident enough to insert his signature of technical flair into even the most important key moments. His unique style has been enveloped perfectly into the very special collective that is the current Liverpool F.C team ability (not to mention the mentality monster philosophy as our foundation). A good time to be an LFC fan!!!

I love Darwin’s mentality and I want to stay loyal to him but he can be so infuriating to watch with his misses and he is always offside. I was at the game yesterday and he didn’t look like anything special.

@@RMN172 Because everyone makes Nunez a scapegoat for everything, it makes me sick. All our attackers have had sh!t finishing this season for the most part except for salah and jota. Obviously yesterday was the exception.

@@RMN172because the lacking of other fowards in performance is key, it's clearly a midfield problem as it's their job to set up the fowards

@@guitargamesandliverpoolmate I am sorry but the other attackers don’t get the same big chances as Nunez does.. against Fulham nunez hit the bar with a good opportunity ,the open goal miss in the Europa league and against luton. Against luton he missed so many big chances and now against palace and united 6 offsides and no goal threat and had once chance the Luis Diaz one where rather than keeping the ball in play he was concerned about the penalty..

José Enrique nailed it by saying Darwin would suit United's system. I have to say Darwin definitely has a place in this Liverpool team, but... hear me out: in a 4-4-2, like how Okazaki was with Vardy or/and as a super sub striker. Now will Klopp ever play a 4-4-2? Not a chance. The only time he played a different formation, was when they had Shaqiri as an attacking mid behind Firmino. Klopp trusts that 4-3-3 with a defensive midfielder in the middle. That Mac Allister - Endo - Szoboszlai combination.

What i see in the game. When our wingers having ball either they try to shoot or back pass or sideway pass. Their is one crazy point that after luton game. Salah barely giving pass to Nunez in scoring position. Diaz losing position when darwin makes runs.

Nunez would be better if we played with wide wingers who create chances/space, Salah and Gakpo can do it Diaz not really, Diaz gets in Nunez way trying to do inside forward. Diaz would be better if we played with Jota CF.

By what we saw yesterday, its safe to say we just need a creative midfield, Enzo is good but his defensive mindset wont help back one into the foward. Overall none of yhe fowards perfomed well so its safe to say its the same problem we have been having in the beginning of the season, finding a creative midfield.

I like the kid but hes no centre foward hes a winger, and hes missed so many many sitters i cant begin to understand how he missed them , hes had plenty of time to settle in hes just not cutting it he has to go ..

diaz very poor 0 assists in 20 games. darwin 35 big chance missed. gakpo useless even if he start 0 impact. jota injured but very missed. salah sometimes good sometimes awful
