UK for retail is a AML/KYC nightmare. Travel Rule, few banks will fiat on/off ramp. No staking allowed theoretically. No chance to put crypto into tax-free wrappers. Retail is restricted to 10% of netflix worth but HNW individuals can do what they want: the FCA is as bad as Gensler for "protection".

Will the ETFs publicly share their wallets where they hold their ETH though? So far I've found BITB from Bitwise is one of the only ETFs that openly share their Bitcoin wallets. Black rock and others can manipulate the market by not being completely transparent about how much Bitcoin they hold.

If they r saying decentralized is not any one party holding 20% and with solana foundation holding 30% , doesn’t that put sol in a tougher position to be labeled a commodity Additionally any etf of a POS chain without staking rewards is an awful product.

The SEC has already stated that SOL is a security so zero chance of an ETF. It's way to centralized, that's its problem (among other things).

ETH is a technology stack. It's easy to get your head around and tradfi will understand it, think Intel/AMD (x86) or Linux (Redhat, Ubuntu), both offer technology stacks that you build products with. ETH is the same, it's simply offers ways to build products. That's why ETH will be massive, not just a pet rock like Bitcoin.
