Will is a good coach, I like him. He doesn't sugar coat it and he truly does help them. They're only a few good coaches on the Voice and he's one of them

What a great video, seeing these young guy's bouncing off each other, am 70 years of age and I was dancing in my chair, my wife thought ad lost the place! I am sure these guy's will go on in their life living their dream! Well done Will!

In case ya don't know, There are going to be times when ta person or group gives a great audition, get all 4 chairs to turn, even had all 4 judges standing and or PLAY fighting over them. They'll rise up through the ranks, accrues a huge fan base, sail past the quarters, and kill it in the semi's. But in the home stretch for the finials BAM they get cut... It seems unbelievable right? I know, It's cra - cra.. But there are cases where The Potential Talent is sided to the proverbial Nunnery. Where they get coached on a specific point needing improvement or go on a mini tour in a different country to get work hardening/experience, and in the rarest of cases a label steps up and wants to sign them. But being that they a Signed V - Contract so they are L/Owned for a period of time and must go quiet until the contract is up. It's what ya have to deal with in The Business!

Need more experience but they got something. This was hard song they picked. They should have saved Cry me for next stage and took an easier song.
