This is my first upload to kick off 2024. I start this year off with some very ambitious goals. My goal for this channel is to reach 500k subs in 2024. It is a pretty ambitious goal, but i’m ready to put in the work necessary to grow this channel. Thanks to everyone who subscribed and supported my channel in 2023. Thx for the Vid Marv! I really enjoy the following things: - General driving -Interesting situations (accidents, traffic, near hits) (we had all of that in this vid😂) -Parking for loading / unloading -Jake brake -Tight / impossible situations (for example like in that one video where you couldn’t make a turn and had to drive by, turn around and do the turn coming from the other side) -Getting info like the reschedule trick if they found someone cheaper, asking for showers, etc I like anything from 20-60 mins. This video was really good (the content you included was great)

Hey brother. I see you in my neck of the woods. Sansone Auto on your right as soon as you come off the exit. I was a Corrections Officer at that prison for 5 years before i got hired on for police. East Jersey State Prison. Better known as Rahway State Prison. Definitely not for the faint of heart. That Freezepak where you picked up at is next to a great fishing spot. Staten Italy is right across the river.

Welcome aboard! I appreciate the feedback. 25-40 mins is what I'm aiming for with these videos. The longer videos take a long time to edit and upload. Uploading can take hrs sometimes. And that's when I'm home with a strong wifi signal.

From NC I used to take 95 up to 295 around Richmond, then 95 up to 50/301 probably stop by the Wawa for a chicken hoagie. 301 up to Route 1 back to 295 in NJ and on up to Moonaichie or wherever I was going at the time lol

the load you got a extra $600 for is the way to do it. I'm from UK 🇬🇧 we work a little different than you're self's but I follow a few US drivers and they say that ho its already gone. then the same load is back on the board next day. but there dry van. PS. enjoying the content...yes all good, Subscribed, liked and I've already hit the bell 👍. PS. all the one's I follow are normally between 45min and 1hr 15min.

how would you say the difference of driving a manuel car from a truck?

I would do the 10-20 min tops but split them up like part 1 part 2 where you can always be ahead with video if you drop them like part 1 Monday part 2 Tuesday but in the meanwhile your recording everyday. Its good because when you get real busy where you cant record for like a couple of days you have enough video thats recorded that you can drop.

Almost impossible to compress a day’s worth of recording to 20 mins. A large percentage of my audience is still watching at the 30 min mark. Appreciate the suggestions though.

Like as a company driver I probably save 18 - 20k a year but i make well over that but i feel like if i become an O/O them 3-4k checks will be cool n all until ya truck needs something…

All depends on your monthly overhead. My equipment is paid in full. Each owner operator may have a different story. The condition of your equipment plays a role too. It's a case by case thing.

I'm getting mixed reviews. Some people love it, but some do complain about the sudden head movements. I'll work on it. Just gotta turn my head slower. Sometimes, I forget about the camera and turn my head too quickly.

Yuk, Woodbridge NJ....That's one corrupt town I'll tell you that. Be careful there bro bro. So does your GPS keep you off roads that have clearance issues, and if so, what program is it?

Turn GPS is normally pretty accurate with the clearance. My vehicle profile (length, width, and height) is saved in the GPS. Truckers normally get in trouble by relying on Google maps. Never rely on Google Maps in the city. I only use it to look at the actual buildings I'm delivering to (or picking up from).
