Do you know the context of John 14:28? In context, Jesus is saying to his disciples, who are in sorrow because he is leavinng, that he will return to the Father who is in heaven and enthroned in glory while he, the Son, is incarnate on Earth, where his glory is veiled. This does not deny the divinity of Christ. But beyond that, do you believe that Jesus said those words? Surah 19:88-93 says that Allah is a father to no one, and that the highest relationship anyone can have to Allah is a servant-to-master relationship.
