Great content guys! Love seeing vitage Yamaha's brought back to life.That there is a first year 1981 srv 540,that went to 1991.The SS 440 was a first year 1980 red machine.

nice! looks like an 81 though,i have an 80 been in my family since 81 and love the thing just got it fired up today after a reseal after 43 yrs i figure it was time lol,put a 121" a few years back also

There’s a storm coming right now ur way in ur near buffalo so goodluck on the ride I’m about to take my 800 out and rip it after rebuilding the gaskets and putting a new track in and paint job

someone being a Yamaha sled guy I think 2024 is last year for Yamaha sleds. Yamaha not making new snowmobiles anymore, that was really big shock to me I didn't see that coming. I think if Yamaha didn't stop selling 2-stroke sleds Yamaha probably wouldn't be having this problem in sleds sales. when Yamaha was selling 2-stroke sleds I think Yamaha had one of best 2-stroke snowmobiles out there. don't understand why Yamaha stop making 2-stroke sleds motors for.

‘81 for sure date should be on the tunnel as well.

I’m happy there’s atleast one positive person I’m really negative too but I always try to make the best of things like the camera guy does
