She leaked confidential personal and medical information about other talent and entertainers within Hybe and has lied about having so many original concepts that have been copied by Hybe. Miss Min did not bring New Jeans with her from another label. New Jeans was formed as a collaborative effort by Min and Hybe producers, art directors, artists, makeup artists, stylists, choreographers, marketers, promoters and song writers and a large infusion of Hybe money. To trash Hybe to the public and to New Jeans and their parents, claiming "copying" of her ideas for the benefit of other ideas is absurd. These so called concepts are not original and her making this claim, serves to undermine Hybe's reputation as well as to damage the value of borh Hybe and Ador. Doing so, could be viewed as initiating a plot to drive down the stock price of Ador thereby making it easier for her to buy up to 51% of Ador's shares by leveraging her 18% share holdings. Her "concepts" are based upon American early 1990s/2000s Hip Hop & Pop music and style. She even had a picture of 80s preteen American actress and Calvin Klein jeans ad model, Brook Sheilds, mounted in her office ("Nothing gets between me and my Calvins"). These retro stylesof clothing and musical influences has already been done by other So Korean groups. Of course, young tweens, teens and young adults of today and their parents may not know this if their main focus is on 4th generation KPOP groups. Despite her emotionality and poor, illogical, erratic and self aggrandizing presentation, she shot herself in the foot by presenting text messages, informal redacted written plans to undermine Hybe & Ador, and seem to believe that calling New Jeans her child whose members call her to "offer her emotional support" at night, a good thing. This is inappropriate. Teen girls should not have to do this for an adult business woman. She says Hybe "got alot out of her". I remember all BTS membets, managers, producers, choreographers composers and lyricists, etc., working extremely hard, day and night to get to debut and to get to win top award show honors, year after year. That is what it what it takes to succeed in that industry. Also, Bang PD took on the financial risk to start Big Hit after leaving JYP amicably. The reason for her leaving her prior employer is somwhat mysterious. It would be interesting to hear what her former company would have to say about her under oath in a court of law. Min is not a hero. She allegedly, was two faced, manipulative and untrustworthy while trying to greedily score a quick high stakes win for herself without significant financial investment. If she is so unhappy with working for Hybe, she should have resigned to start her own label. Hybe 100% formed Ador and allowed her to have 18% interest of it, and New Jeans to be paid 2%. Min actually lost support from those who originally sided with her based upon her complaints only. She also failed to convince those who were undecided. Her press conference was hastily scheduled after Hybe filed a police report against her and after her refusing to provide her laptop for 8nternal investigation (other officers and personnel did provide their cell phones and laptops) and after her resistance to Ador being audited prior to the release of NJs' new album. WHAT IS SHE HIDING? WHY IS SHE HIDING IT? From what I saw during the unnecessarily long and her often crying with no tears presentation during the news conference, Hybe did the right thing by seeking legal action. Hybe has contined to promote NJs new single and still has their prior work on it's streaming platform, etc.. Evidently, she has influenced NJs parents to not answer nor return Hybe's phone calls.

Everything was given to her demands paying her more than senior CEOs above her. She did not own or found the company. HYBE created it and allowed her to name it. If anything, and she wants to take her name with her, HYBE can easily move New Jeans back under Source Music or rename ADOR and kick Min Heejin out. But she is also a thief. As an attorney, I'd have obtained an injunction against her from speaking about the issues, removing her from authority, etc. But I'm concerned that South Korea doesn't have the panoply of protections available in US & other countries. I am not sure. As long as an employer didn't illegally abuse their employees, I am not sure what the employees can do other than leave the company. HYBE may not be morally clean, but I don't think what MHJ is doing is the right course of action.
