One way to lift weights (doing curls at least) is to use a band tied around a weight that you would do with your other hand (say use a 5 kg dumbbell in your hand and tie a band around a 5kg barbell weight)

When I was pregnant with my first child, I often got asked if my baby would be born with only one hand. Obviously it is not normal for that to happen, since when I was born, the fact that part of my left arm was missing was not hereditary but a fluke of the birthing process caused by something that happened while I was still in mom's belly. I am happy to say that even though there is always a chance that anyone can give birth to a child with a limb deficiency, I have two very healthy girls with 10 fingers and 10 toes.

Hi, im missing my arm as well right above the elbow, i was born like this with no genetical disorders or anything. Doctors (multiple) have looked and they told me they don’t know anything about what’s happened with me, they told me multiple times that my case was rare enough that they don’t know whats going on. I cant figure it out
