In my town we have a event every Saturday and It is called my fathers house and tonight our pastor Julie had us write down or chains while listening to this song and then put them on the cross so Jesus will break our chains. Guys in music ministry out there. Jesus' name has eternal power. And one of the chains it certainly breaks is the human need to shine and stand out. I trully believe that God can use music to inspire and speak to congregations all over the world through His worship ministries. What we all need to figure out is how we can connect with Heaven and its everlasting praise and worship to bring the Kingdom to earth; to speak God's truths, to minister and prophesy. He deserves all of our worship and praise. He must be the object of our music as only He is worthy of being recognized. We did this for a pastors conference a couple weeks ago. God really moved through it powerfully. The message, "there is power in the name of Jesus to break every chain, break every chain, break every chain," really gets into your soul as you keep singing it. Very impacting.

this is a very simple chorus yet it is powerful to enable saints to enter the prayer closet. when emotional walls/chains hold us back from coming to the altar, singing this song is like cutting fluid to lubricate the swords of the angels. I know...it sounds funky...like I've been smoking something, right? but I haven't. we sang this at my church the past couple of Sundays and I found myself singing as I haven't sung for years. AI thought I'd lost my voice. Tears began to flow as I prayed.
