He 's already overpaid. If anything, he should take a pay cut and have incentives to meet on the next contract.

You pay AK 41 and move forward to see what he can do in K. Kubiak offense. Without him it's running back by committee and if you cannot get a 2nd round draft pick its not worth the trade.

Kamara deserves a new deal. He played for pennies when Christian was playing for millions. Kamara won offensive rookie of the year AND all around rookie of the year.

Got no choice but to pay him;they reached last yr on Miller already missed rookie yr due to injury; they should have drafted Spears from Tulane. Reached on Williams paid a guy that had 17 TD from within 5 yards with no production from pass game or run game in Detroit didn't do anything for you last season , Montgomery did all the work.Drafted LT that sucked last yr and had to spend another 1st on LT instead of WR don't have a real#2 or LB. Shaheed not a #2 big play guy. 4yrs of bad drafting, bad contracts and bad coaching are the real reasons they suck. Fire DA,hire Gruden as HC and get new GM.I just hope they beat ATL,TB,and Dallas.

Can we stop restructuring deals to pay these guys I'm sick of this crap. This organization is already in black hole with there cap then they keep extending guys past there time and organization is on the hook for millions even after they are no longer on roster. Andreas Peat is on another team and Saints are eating over 14 million in dead money for Peat it's crazy.

i've read that the Saints for next year 2025 are projected to be about 85 million dollars over the cap . . . . . this is no way to run an NFL team . . . it's all Mickey Loomis' fault . . and Mrs. Benson needs to wake up and fire Mr. Loomis . . . if she cannot bear to fire him, then reassign him to working in either food concessions or in stadium parking . . . . . . . Mr. Loomis cannot be allowed to run the Saints even a minute longer . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

My only argument for Kamara is we don't know how much of step he lost cuz if we're being honest the last 2 years we only had trash offensive line blocking..also a hopeless offensive coordinator who didn't know what to do with Kamara..And he did look sharp so far in those 2 days of mini camp...just saying...you put him on any team with decent offensive line and we will have regrets..

RB's after 5 years in the NFL are rarely worth long term contracts. He received a huge bump up in salary the last 2 years and any further increases will endangered the saints from competitively competing in their division.

If he has a great year in 2024. Misses no more than 2 games. And if he gets 160+touches and decent to good blocking. And use Taysom well them 2 and our receivers if everyone stays relatively healthy. Lotta talented players when playing well & “healthy”.

I know this isn’t popular but kamara and lattimore both need to be traded They can be massive trade bait and lower the cap significantly. This team has to rebuild starting at the QB position and these two are drinking the cash it’ll take to get the free agents we need to rebuild

“Production has fallen off” that is not the full truth. The last 3 years he’s been used incorrectly, Dennis Allen and Carmichael was a clown show. You put AK on the 49ers he’s having a similar season to CMC
