Will SALTWATER Fish eat a FRESHWATER Fish?? (Fishing Experiment)

Fishing with freshwater fish as bait in the OCEAN for whatever bites off the beach in Florida! Would saltwater fish eat a freshwater fish? What kind of fish would be around a beach like this?? There's been a change in the water clarity recently..will that bring in some new kinds of fish?? Will I finally catch one of the fish I'm after? Will something BIG bite one of our baits? I did not expect for this to happen..
Again, I want to thank each and every one of you for the support! At the time of this upload we just passed 552,000 I'm having so much fun making these videos, lets keep this rolling!

Learn to tie a hi/lo or Pompano rig. It keeps the bait(shrimp in this case) off the bottom where the crabs, snails, and catfish dwell. Crabs will just eat around a hook, while snails will bury the bait. Some color helps too, fish bites help in this department, or colorful floats.

As a suggestion I suggest once you get your foot healed walk out a little further so you can to get it a little deeper out. And many of the people that you run across that are upset with you fishing on the beach are much like people that get upset when you fishing around their dock! Attitude for no reason other than they just like to look at the water and not partake in the water! Keep having fun it's your right to be there fishing!
@Sigma_meister

I was fishing on my dock and then some dude came over on his boat after I caught like a 6 pounder and he crossed my line 3 times then he yelled at me for fishing in his spot (I’ve never seen this guy before and I’m fishing off my dock) finally I went up and told my dad
@verlinsupersaintcasey6494
@verlinsupersaintcasey6494 Жыл бұрын
@@Sigma_meister Unfortunately there are people that think they can bully others into getting their way. You will run into some who think they own the water. I've been told, I bet you won't fish here, I know the Sheriff/ I know the game warden! Well it's obvious you don't know the guidelines for fishing! Start taking a go pro even if it's not on. The thought of being recorded along with you getting your phone out to call the game warden usually will help. As a rule I actually find the number for the game warden at any body of water I fish just in case. You did the best thing! Don't argue with them get someone else of authority to do it. It's funny how people often say I'm calling the Police. When the game warden has full authority over them, when it comes to the pursuit of fishing. That's why its good to know the laws for the body of water you fish, and whether or not you are trespassing on someone's land! Keywords (someone's land) then the police can be evolved. Keep them lines tight! And be careful out there more and more nuts are out there!

Ive tried the same exact thing in Jersey. Caught some bluegill real quick to try and get some sharks. Usually i like to use a sibiki rig on a small rod with fish bites(bloodworms) to catch bait. Whiting/southern kings are great for chunking up for bait! Anyway, I couldnt catch bait that day so i tried the blue gill and not a tap. Would of figured a bloody fresh piece of meat would attract something.

Ive never fished water but seems like if it was low tide u would want to set ur poles closer to the the water just let more line out as the tide comes in and move back as needed. If you keep ur rod tip up at a lil bit higher u probably get more to the bank without coming off . That pond is looking like largmouth bass bass headquarers take a bluegill and hook it below the top fin and use a bober throw it out and wait maybe reel it a ft in every 5 🎉minutes and see what happens.

The P20EE code means that your SCR NOx is performing below the threshold and wouldn't pass an emmision test. So its to do with your NOx produsing the normal Nitrogen and Water and the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). Could also be that your SCR catalyst is going bad.

Surf fishing is tough when you lose em at the shoreline or over the sand bar. Once the fish is at the shoreline stop reeling in, and wait for the waves to start bringing back water onto the shore and then either reel in or walk backwards with your line taught and have over your spool. Keep tension. Dont try to fight the waves at the shore. I find i lose less fish when i keep a constant retrieval speed throughout the entire trip back in too.

Just about all full time coastal fish are capable of being in full freshwater. The only reason likely reason why they even go into the open ocean is to spawn. That is the case with all of the drum species like redfish, specks and black drum, as well as flounder. The ones that are in freshwater full time originally came from the ocean. They figured out how to spawn in freshwater. One notable exception to this is salmonids and stripped bass. Winter flounder also, they spawn in freshwater rather than the ocean like some summer flounder do.

Thought he was going to live line the bluegill as bait not use it as cut bait. Hell, depending on what’s biting, you can use anything as cut bait and catch a fish. Was wondering if you kept the bait alive for a while, if it would attract a saltwater fish. Similar to how kellifish, baby mullet or live spearing are used.🤔
