With regards to the leg kicks, I think the reason it worked against Justin is because Charles knows Justin won't shoot for a takedown. And even if he does, Charles is so good on the ground that it's not a big deal for his to fight off his back. And the fact that Justin doesn't prefers to wrestle despite of being a decent wrestler growing up probably means that he is not as comfortable there against someone like Khabib and Charles who have superior ground game. Plus, Justin is a brawler. Had it been Izzy, who is a technical fighter, he would of found a way around it. Charles has shown one thing and it's that he is good everywhere. But he has also shown that he can get hit. But regardless, he is probably the most dangerous 155lbs alive, unless Khabib wants to return. Khabib vs Charles would have been a great match.
@Ch33ch00710 ай бұрын
One year later and Justin got the belt! A rematch against Charles Oliveira would be ideal if he win on rematch against Makhachev. He's beat some top guys but I think Justin Gaethje going a streak. He's on point now and I think he will hold the belt for a while.

I've lost a few people to suicide and I thought Akashs take on that comedian taking their life at the open mic was hillarious! I dont know why but suicide is something I love to see someone joke about. It's always nice when they don't go to hard on the person that's gone, but making people laugh is more important then caring about a dead person's feelings as they cant feel anymore. Respect to the dead but!
@jessejive1172 жыл бұрын
Yea but not laughing at someone killing themself lol there’s a difference between laughing at something and a joke about something. Idc, I’m not bothered by him laughing at it at all, but i don’t see how that was funny. I’m sure if a politicians was laughing at the same exact story like that you despise he wouldn’t get the benefit of the doubt lol it’s easy to give people a pass when we like them. But I’m definitely not bothered by him laughing. I laugh at suicide jokes and my brother killed himself. I say XYZ makes me wants to kill myself all the time. I just don’t laugh tag just hearing someone killed themself lol I know he doesn’t want someone to kill themself or think that’s funny, but it was a little weird and i thought it the world saw that they’d try and cancel him haha

@@jessejive117 I hear what you are saying, I've got very dry humour, I laughed at messed up stuff, I have to be careful I don't listen to actual hate spreaders accidentally as I'm open to controversial opinions, but some only in a comedic sense, I dont want to support people who genuinely hate others for their differences unless it's their differences are being a murderer or something of that extreme. But yeh I think I thought that it was wierd at first to, and maybe he didn't make a full recovery, but his explanation of it wasn't it was funny he died, it was circumstances surrounding, which to me is a lot better but eh at the end of the day what do I know. Also I think if you joke about messed up stuff, it becomes this thing like, the stuff you would never say is what you need to say and think about to keep being funny in that space and the messed up stuff hits your brain and it's just hillarious because already a lot of messes up ideas are firing, finding the funny one worth saying that isnt genuinely hurtful though is what I think a comedians job is, anyone can make themselves laugh being mean, making a room laugh is special to me.

Andrew is the most informed Podcaster out there 😂 I don't think Schulz knows that Jamie Foxx started in stand up in the late 80s/early 90s. He even took the stage name Foxx as tribute to comedian Red Foxx.

Yes but it wasn't his main thing when he and Kevin Hart got into it.

He also took the name jamie because it was gender neutral and ladies generally got called up first at open mics so he thought it would give him more spots. Lol

I got a theory on actors lately. I think someone within Hollywood decided to bring actors off TV and the big screen into reality. The whole will debacle is likely a "real life movie" just like we have focused on Johnny Depp trial, etc. It seems to me someone caught on to the fact that celebrity status is dying out due to the million more interesting internet figures popping up everyday and so developing "real life movies" where actors display this persona "at home" is once again catching the spotlight and reinforcing the celebrity status that we are meant to glorify.
@jessejive1172 жыл бұрын
That’s definitely got some truth behind the reasoning. We can now reach celebrity status without gate keepers if you aren’t conservative at least with social media like KZfaq. Unfortunately a lot of the most famous people on tik tok for instance, and tik tok has some great content actually, but they’re horrible stupid people that contribute nothing. I’ve heard China changes the algorithm based on our state versus theirs and things that you’re in their country are engineering students creating incredible things so maybe they artificially boost the stupidest $hit in America. Because I don’t understand it man. To each their own but something I don’t like I understand the support but a lot of stuff now is just for ret@rds.

What about the fact that the Will Smith / Johnny Depp drama is literally just regular people problems happening to someone with fame. Who doesn't know someone that went through a bad divorce or even a man doing stupid shit over a toxic wife.
@rectones1282 жыл бұрын
@@Travvv94 i agree it is normal ppl shit, but let's not forget this is nothing new even in fame, tabloid magazines have made a killing off these types of headlines, even if false. I think they are capitalizing on social media because the "big screen" is actually the "tiny screen" i.e. your smartphone.

@@rectones128 It' not that deep. As you said yourself, capitalizing off of celebrities personal life has been done for decades. It's just that it can happen to an even greater degree with everybody having cellphones and being on social media. So did Will and Johnny fabricate their drama? No, they're just going through shit people go through every day. With the number of celebrities out there, there's bound to be some messy situations. But are there some media companies meticulously organizing their coverage of these events to make them bigger than they are and profit off of them? Most definitely. I mean, fuck they've even turned wars into entertainment.

Shulz is high-key bringing up the best pro life/anti abortion points. Anti abortion doesn't make sense at all if it's selective on cirmustances.
@johnathankonandreas60742 жыл бұрын
Not really- there is an argument that pregnancy is a big burden, and while it is justified to outlaw abortion when pregnancy is elective, but not when it is against someone's will (ie cases of rape). The though process is that you are not obligated to rescue someone in normal circumstances, but if you put them in dangerous then you have an obligation to aleviate it. I like how Miles tried to make a serious argument and it was by far the dumbest one. As if we don't already have hundreds of regulations for every other medical procedure.
@sethdanielw2 жыл бұрын
@@johnathankonandreas6074 I always thought of that stance as defending life. As odd as it is, pregnancy should have less to do with the pro life argument unless the mother's life is at risk. If it's truly about life and defending it, then it doesn't matter how the baby was conceived. And if it's truly about choice and the baby isn't a life, then there shouldn't be any circumstances when it isn't ok to abort. The abortion is much more nuanced than the 2 arguments we hear all the time. I just thought it was funny he addressed that.
