That Theo Von clip at the end gets me every time. He's genuinely one of the funniest people on the planet. Not a huge fan of his stand up, but him just talking on a podcast will make me cry laughing.

@AneXineohp
@AneXineohp Ай бұрын
@@XFauni not enough people seem to notice this--Charlie likes, to beat the creator he's reacting to the content of, in talking about an issue, or bringing up information, when he's watching a video essay or a documentary style video; he pauses and tries to give lore and explanations that's obviously going to discussed in the video anyways. I don't watch his reactions anymore from Twitch or anything, but I always dreaded his true crime reactions, and obscure crimes or obscure media reactions, and tried to avoid them like the plague. I know what it's like because we both have OCD, and I guess we relate to this quality I'm talking about as a product of this disorder, but it's actually so annoying seeing another person do it. Asmon can go on and on about anything like the boring, yet lovable, quirky uncle at the dinner table
@AneXineohp
@AneXineohp Ай бұрын
@@hrtenjoyer he's never even really been bad at reacting to content, and he's never really stole it just because he didn't have anything to say for that particular moment, or most of the video--ppl are so unrealistic. Do they expect kids' channel levels of reaction? They act like he's doing the same thing people are doing on KZfaq Shorts. The clips people pull as proof are lousy, scrounged up snippets, and they always avoid when he actually is talking and reacting.

It's kinda crazy and weird how people think you can't talk about your feelings or struggles if you have money. Obviously money can bring opportunities to be happy but it doesn't do that by itself. Even on XQC videos where you can tell he's feeling down you have people clowning on him in the chat and comments. If money made people happy Robin Williams and so many others would still be alive.

There exist many forms of therapy and alternative means to clear ones mind and reach happiness. These are more readily available to rich people, if they can't find happiness they don't want to be happy or have serious mental issues.
@Dan_Kanerva
@Dan_Kanerva 10 ай бұрын
as Filthy Frank said: "i _would rather be miserable and cry on a mansion, than be miserable and cry in my poor as s house_ bro" . Most of the regular people already go through struggles and emotional meltdowns that are far worse than this, but when they feel like s hit they are still in financial problems the next day and they just have to "suck it up" and struggle like every other low income civilian. Is just cute when the famous and super rich believe they are on the same condition as a commoner, just because they feel sad.
@Cimo8
@Cimo8 10 ай бұрын
@@Dan_Kanerva I'm "poor" and I've been in and out of therapy for the last 20 years, it's not for everyone. Sometimes it's so bad that you don't even think you need help, which exacerbates the situation. It is never as simple as just getting therapy or rehab. So it's "easy" enough to take care of whether you have money or not. I'd even go as far as staying having money predisposes you towards having mental problems since you don't have to deal with the material.
@Dan_Kanerva
@Dan_Kanerva 10 ай бұрын

@@Dan_Kanerva I don't own a mansion but I have had some serious mental health issues for a handful of years and from what you said about people without money needing to "suck it up" and continue to get up and earn money is a very good way to keep yourself occupied and can help keeping your mental health from getting worse when u have money u don't need to go work to live so u won't get that feeling or at least probably not as strongly without other things to focus on u can easily spiral without a sense or need or direction when you already have everything so you shouldn't look down on people's mental health conditions regardless of how much they have in their bank accounts.

Can't blame the parents, you can only do that when there's like physical and otherwise abuse going on but I guarantee both of them had the intentions of giving their kid the best they could after likely watching their own father not be able to do that or resenting him for it. And because nobody's perfect they made their own mistakes but of course society in all their blissfully oblivious and titled stupidity will interject and act like they're shocked and appalled and act like everything he has ever done is now no and void because he made a mistake and that's inexcusable and irreversible. At the same time, those same people are screaming that people have to understand when they make their mistake which is inevitably coming because we all make mistakes. But nobody wants that same level of consequence to visit them, only those bad people, because obviously they're not bad they just made a mistake

I'm so interested to see what XQC looks like in the future. Not physically but mentally and I want to see if this sort of pressure cooker of a lifestyle that he's living in has any adverse effects. Pressure cookers not the word I'm looking for but I can't think of it, and I just did lol incubator. He's in like a pressure incubator, I cannot be good subject yourself to this much constant stimulus. Not to mention the way that UI is laid out on streams with chat scrolling away at breakneck speeds has always looked a little too much like slot machine madness with all the bells and whistles going off and there is very real science that ties that to brain processes and how it has real subconscious effects on us. He already speaks in adderallian. He speaks as if he is the entirety of chat scrolling by in blurs: where he can literally only afford to allocate 3 to 4 words per thought/sentence before hes already explained the next 3 sentences. Its truly a unique glimpse into potential scientific breakthroughs. Hes the most interesting lab rat ive ever seen. Twitchy as the rest of em, sure. But no other lab rat is as intriguing. Luckily he seems to be rooted enough in a form of reality where he knows he's no one special and he doesn't seem to give a shit about money in a greedy way wow still being very realistic about the fact that he probably makes more than he should. So i dont see him going the statistically probable route and having a massive mental fracturing of himself that could very much so lead to a vuolent incident. But i believe he'll be able to see that breakdown coming and at least step off the gas so to speak and back up whereas someone like I show speed is just literally going to go full throttle into insanity if he's not already there which is highly likeable. Just as likely as it is everybody watching him because they like to see people have mental issues on camera for some fucking weird reason just like they have been doing in Japan for decades with all their weird television shows... Like that one were they lock that dude in a fucking hotel room kept lying to him about a game show he was supposed to be on while they just tortured him on live stream and it was like the biggest profiting show ever. So much so that they did it again after they told him he won, they took him straight to another room but told him he was in Korea and then they opened him like a naked birthday present on live TV literally it's insane

that school take was so dumb, when people are saying true, they're thinking about themselves, who grew up in nice homes with decent parents and internet access. majority of the planet does not have that, for a child in poverty, who's parents are damn near illiterate, structured education is the most important tool they have to elevate themselves from where they started. that's why parents will work themselves to death so that their child can go to college because whatever job they can get with a half decent degree will earn them more money than their parents probably earned in 2-3 years and I see this take place first hand in my home country, what a selfish dumb take.

For 3rd world countries obviously school is the most important thing. But if we’re born in a “normal” western country, the country basically has your entire life planned out from the day you’re born: Go to daycare -> school -> college-> work. Everything you are taught at school are generalised and irrelevantto one’s success. You learn most from people who are actually successful themselves. Not some broke teacher who went down the same path the government has set for you to take, while not knowing how the world works
@mikefun7482

School is not and has never been designed for you to achieve wealth or high amounts of success. It's a foundation, so that if you complete that path that you just laid out, you will at least have the bare minimum to be a functioning adult. This idea of removing the school system is STUPID. If you want to have that additional information for high amounts of success and knowledge of "how the world works", that comes from the privilege of having internet access and parents who have achieved a level of education or success during their own lifetime. "Normal" first world countries, which is a stupid thing to say but nevertheless, became these powerhouses due to their structured education systems, not only educating their own population to integrate citizens in to the necessary roles in society but attract people from other countries to work to benefit of the society as well.@@hirofumi3123

He WAS loved. But I won't even look at him until he un-dyes his hair lol and uninstalls tikok. Like ew Your dad was already successful no need to match up to him. Just be yourself. But fuck what I say right?

Yeah he really is the essence of jingling keys. You can hardly understand him, he talks to fast. And when he does talk all you want is for him to stop. I feel horrible how many people I’m sure watch this guy because they enjoy laughing at his speech impediment
