I have DUI and intimidation of a witness that was over 20 years ago, being so long ago I hope they don’t give me a problem! No trouble in 20 years! I’m filling out the I-129F form now, how do I get a copy of my criminal record? It was so long ago I don’t remember dates

I have an approved K1 visa, I have not yet traveled to the USA and USCIS is asking my fiancé for his criminal record which had been sent before they approved the I-129f form, can this affect my entry to the USA? since I have a trip scheduled for 15 days

What do you mean? If you have your visa already in the passport, that means the USCIS already approved the petition

Question, My wife is the main applicant for the H1b visa and I am her dependent. I was living in the US before I was a LPR and I was arrested for Domestic Violence back in 2014. My was dismissed and I went back and stayed in the Philippines in 2016. My question is am I still eligible for a US visa? and what do I need to present if I fill out DS160 form

i have a battery by strangulation charge against my ex girlfriend never married will i be disqualified from petitioning a fiancé visa also a rape charge my ex girlfriend who i had the strangulation against in another state that was dropped but that was in 2013 and the battery by strangulation was in 2016

What about my F his domestic violence is 25 years already. And his ex wife is willing to write that she said that only because they have a fight that time. Because she have another man. And my F only wants to have his child with him? It will effect us? TIA😊
