Modern gaming in general tells me, NEVER get my hopes up!

Can't wait for this game, and waiting we have too. Lot of cotw hunter will stop playing cotw if this game is as good as i think it will be. The game creator is very approacheble, and very interested in what the players want. Zaggi spoke with hem often. And Ragnar keeps us informed on KZfaq. Again can't wait!

I honestly thought COTW would be an updated version of Classic, I bought it on launch and thoroughly enjoyed it until you actually know how everything works. Static needzones are a game killer and it eventually becomes a shooter and not a hunting game. Fresh spawns are a must everytime you go for a hunt!!!

I remember hearing about this game in late 2019 and being excited, even knowing it was years away, but man now late 2022 isn’t that far away and I’m hyped ngl

What I'd like to is customizable food plots. Idk how/if that's possible but I think it would be pretty badass to set up a 200 yard field of grass where you can hunt animals just like most people do in real life. Especially during deer season

I love that there will be actual variety in this game. The one thing that bugs me most about cotw is the lack of biological variety, when I go hunting irl I constantly see different species, sometimes even species I've never seen in person before. It's what keeps me going out, even though most times I pass up shot opportunities to get a good photo instead. There are of course times when I need to replace some meat that has been eaten, so I'll head out with the intention of taking an animal, but most of the time I'm content with being immersed in nature, and I want this game to reflect that feeling in a way cotw hasn't.

So I hunt with a laptop bc of my room size and I am thinking if I have to delete hunter for this game and plus how much will it cost and that kind of stuff

The map size from what i have heard will be biger than COTW maps just not sure how much bigger.

I love COTW but I just recently started playing TheHunter Classic...gotta say, night & day difference between the two games. The "Zones" on COTW drive me crazy, as you said, once you find the Zone's, its just traveling from zone to zone shooting animals - no hunting required! Classic is an actual HUNTING sim, not the arcade shoot em up that COTW is...Im not interested in "grinding" for good animals by simply fast traveling from zone to zone...I enjoy an actual hunt!! Hence, Im frigin LOVING Classic!...the gear & weapon selection is amazing!!, the competitions are great and the maps & animals are the most immersive yet! (And you dont need to spend lots of money to play*, as you can very quickly earn more than enough just by completing the MANY in game missions...then shop away for free!!) - More Classic vids please Sir...because as far as hunting sims go, theres no school, like old school Classic! Kia Kaha Risky *I purchased just the two weapons - 9.3 74R breakaction & the camo reverse draw crossbow, so I can hunt EVERY animal in game ethically for the cash

“That’s not hunting that’s just shooting animals” 😂😂 Im glad someone else said it, I don’t feel like I deserve to take the shot when I just KNOW a deer is gonna be exactly where I want it to be. I want to actually HUNT them, not just be set up for success to a degree that there’s no skill needed on my part aside from aiming and taking the shot.

I’m pumped for this game! The only thing that I hope that ultimate hunting doesn’t have that cotw does is all of the stupid bugs. Cotw is almost known as the game with the most bugs. I understand it’s a hard game to operate but seriously they need to work on it more to where there aren’t near as many bugs as there are now. I also hope that ultimate hunting has good developers unlike cotw which we all know are lazy af. I’m extremely excited for this game and what it has to offer.

I gave up on COTW and only play hunting simulator 2 now. I hate hunting "need zones" and not having to search for the animals you hunt.

I'd even pay 60 euro for it if it's good! I want another good hunting game so badly and I hope we will see some fishing in it as well.

this game will probably kill cotw if the movement and mechanics in the game feel good. COTW says it’s realistic, and doesn’t let you hunt endangered species, but the guns aren’t even realistic, and the need zones & level system for the animals completely throw off that realism. If this game has that randomness that hunter classic has, and the good feel and movement of COTW, it’s probably gonna be the best game yet, because of all that biodiversity and proper gun mechanics.

Well it makes much more sense when the animals are drinking eating and sleeping at the same place all the time until they die or too many animals die there...Why would they even go somewhere else when it's safe at their place.

Really good video, liked/subbed . Hunter call of the wild, has really sloppy crappy non existent quality control, endless bugs created by new dLCs then forcing the players to wait months for a fix.. until just before the next DLC release. I am sick of HCotW and the greed that ruins it. Massive bugs introduced and they release an ingame dLc store WTF? 24 GB I think it was update... :facepalm . This new hunting game Ultimate Hunting I will purchase on day 1, even if a bug filled mess.. it will be better than HCotW- which is a good game but sadly destroyed by crappy dev behaviour. Hunter Call of the Wild will die really really fast, people love the game but hate the way the devs just milk money, lie, BS, and general scummy behaviour, because they had no competition. Had a good time with Hunter classic- much better, less bugs, more depth, and Call of the Wild- looks good, plays well most of the time, but absolutely no competition to the new hunting game. Ultimate Hunting will smash call of the wild... a bit sad I have 99% of the DLC for CoTW, but not even on the same playing field. UH will be awesome, even just based on the little I have seen. Support it.. buy it... much much much better !!!

Wow, suddenly everybody hates COTW. I’m really hyped for this new game, specially for the species in Africa that COTW doesn’t want to add to the game but I still love COTW for what it is, a hunting game, not a simulator.

I hope there is realistic animal behaviors, herd hunting and all the cool animals to hunt I don't understand cotw animal choices. I want zebra on Africa,hyenas ,leopard, cheetah like actually cool iconic hunting animals who cares if you can hunt it in real life it's a game. I also hate when herd animals are always alone like wtf love the shifting zones idea I want to play a hunt game but cotw is perpetually stale.

Can we just get a dam hunting game that doesn't highlight all the signs of animals i.e. tracks, shit, beds. Yes you can turn off those features in The Hunter, but the signs are so poorly done it doesn't even pay to track anything. A Hunting sim is what we need, it would dominate the market.

My fav Hunting game is rdr2 I stopped playing cotw because it felt to cartoon like. I hope this is good though hopefully abit more realistic than cotw. Cotw was fun but I've seen better and more realistic something drastic has to happen for me to get back

Seems OK, but never trust trailers, they are solely made to draw you in!! As for COTW, I find it boring, its not the best ever... Cabela was WAY better and it was made decades ago. Modern games are not as exciting and lack the good simple stuff of the old days.

Call of the wild is not a good game, it's just the best we got right now. You have to unlock thru skill points or perks zeroing your scope😂😂😂. What the frick and its not even a skill or perk(I forget which and skills and perks are different btw) that you unlock right away 😂😂. And another thing, just around 5 months ago for their 5 year anniversary update, they just now added ar 15s 😂. What a joke of a game. It's sub par and we need to raise our standards honestly. Like literally think about it. It's pretty weak frfr. And we been putting up with this stuff for 5 years.

i don't mind if the need zones are dynamic... i just want there to be animals to hunt! my cotw maps are pretty much ghost towns now. the respawn mechanism is garbage in cotw. i go to some lakes and it's the same 4 female whitetail drinking every friggin time. so annoying. and i can run around for an hour and see zero animals anywhere. it's like i'm the only thing out there! they should change the name to ...theHiker ... because that's all i do ... is hike !
