Very cool. Always exciting (and scary) to try out a new technique. Whenever I pick up a new army I always dedicate myself to trying something new and between the half dozen armies I've put together I can say it's always worthwhile. Can't wait for more!

Great video as always dude! Love that new paint style never seen that done before. I think it works really well with the more sinister factions like the ones in this box set! I’ve not played kill team but now that I’m building a Votann force and the fact they will soon have two kill teams I will have to give it a go! 🤙

I've painted a fair few thousand points of soulblight in this scheme, it works so well for smashing out models quickly whilst still looking great!

Great work on another box 😁! And I totally agree, the amount of trim and armour shards coming off chaos models is a painters nightmare 😂 no thank you haha. Great job trying something new....the green really pops nicely. I have to start using my airbrush...the first time is the hardest hurdle...it should be easier once I get used to it.

Thank you. It was a fun experiment. The airbrush does have a rather steep learning curve. I still have issues with mine as you can see. 😂

Great video, OSL is something I’m literally just about to attempt on my Ghazkull, great timing. Kill Team is a good game, I’m more about the hobby and lore side of things but Kill Team is the one game I play. I have Ork Kommandos and Space Wolf Intercession Squad.

I have fallen in love with Kill Team recently. Love the lore of 40k but not as interested in the huge army battles. Kill Team is the right balance and scratches that itch for me. I managed to get an amazing deal on the Octarius Box on Ebay (Orks and Vet Guard) and I cobbled together the Wyrmblade Geanstealer Cult team. Played around 10 games... lost every single one, but really enjoyed getting back into the hobby!

I actually agree with you on this. Definitely not something I would do for a full army as it did feel a little dull. But it was cool to try it out. Another bonus is the fact that I can easily respray them if I wanted to.

@@morewarhammer I've definitely gone lazy with certain units I don't use or like a Underworlds Warband so I get cha. I do think it's a cool trial run though and something that can be expanded on later, by adding more details in the 'shadowy' bits by adding muted colours etc maybe.

That’s why these time limit challenges will always be dumb. When people say they “painted all the models” in 7 hours, they mean they applied two base coats and called it a day… 🤦‍♂️ that’s not a finished job.
