I think they should delay Venom 3 and push it right after Beyond the Spider-Verse and end it will Spidergeddon because I'm disappointed at Sony's Marvel Movies that they should do only one film a year so that they could double check the quality of the story and CGI!

Truthfully, I do not wish for Sony to have any hand or part in the MCU. They have completely soiled the bed with every Superhero film with the exception of the Spider-Verse series. Yes, Tom Holland's Spider-Man films are fantastic, but only because Marvel was the producer, Sony only had distribution rights.

They've gotta revert to the the model we had 20 years ago where shit was in cinemas for 6 weeks, then it was at least a 6-8 month wait for a physical release, then like another year before it was on free-to-air TV. If you know you're gonna have to wait 6 months or even a year to see something at home, you may be more inclined to go to the cinema. They also need to drop the ticket price.

I agree with Jay, whenever we get Venom in the MCU Spider-Man movies it should probably be a non-Tom Hardy Eddie Brock that gets the symbiote. Revolori is great as Flash Thompson, but I don't see him as Agent Venom, he probably could do the role well, I've just not seen enough to really indicate that to me. I think too that they will start connecting the Sony movies in with the MCU movies, not in the same Universe or anything like that, but like after Spider-Man 4 cause that movie needs to be grounded and not Multiversal. I also agree that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles should be up for the Best Animated Oscar, however I don't think it should replace Elemental or anything on that list, rather they should expand the list a bit to include more options. As far as who wins the Best Animated category I've only seen Across the Spiderverse and Elemental, both are awesome stories that deserve their Best Animated nomination, and I want to see Boy and the Heron but I don't think it's on a streaming service I have, though I expect it's a great movie as well cause everything I've seen from Miyazaki is great. Nimona also looks interesting because of it's Medieval setting, and I don't really know enough about Robot Dreams to gauge my interest in it. Anyways, out of the 2 that I've seen I think Across the Spiderverse would probably win, and I would guess it would probably win out of all of them just because of how loved it is and how not as well known the others are.

Hey Jay I had the same feeling about Dune didn’t know what tf was going on with that film. Then I watched a 60 second summary video of the first movie and it opened up everything for me. After that it all connected to me and I gotta say these films are fucking amazing. The second one is top tier.

Dune Part 2 made me realize i am burnt out on grandeur. I don't need visual noise to get a great story from a well directed film.
