Walmart has been screwing the American taxpayer for decades. Last year they had $611 Billion in revenue, but paid just under $5.8 Billion in taxes, so a less than 1% tax rate. Meanwhile my wife and I will pay a 22% rate this year. Combine that with having a long history of underpaying their employees so they have to turn to the state for aid, and then it comes full circle by allowing all these illegal immigrants on their app who are earning BILLIONS in wages that they are paying no taxes on. As many positive things Walmart offers, they are also an enormous drag on the economy as well.

the guy with 6 phones is back at my walmart after that lady made a huge scene about showing her ID. They stopped checking ID's and now this dude is back getting all the offers.

Walmart has an AI system in place to scan your face and track every person and items in the store. This system in place means walmart has the capability to identify these scammers but choose to remain oblovious.

I am so fed up with the scammers at my store in Commerce, Ga. We have did everything we know to do and nothing is never done about it.

I worked in a Walmart while I was earning my associates. Nobody working in a Walmart cares about the corporation- even on the managerial level. A couple of things I want to say for this video. 1. I’m pretty sure Spark implementing the persona face ID thing is there loophole out of any litigation. They can throw their hands up and say hey we tried. It must be the fault of persona who we contracted with 2. That said, technically Spark and Walmart are separate entities. Similar to how pharmaceutical companies have subsidiaries so if a product ends up facing a lawsuit the main company is not fined and the brand is not tarnished.

In this country it seems we do not do anything about anything until something drastic (negatively) happens. So something criminal would have to occur by the result of letting unknowns do deliveries. There needs to be big consequences for companies like Walmart where they may loose money for any change to happen.

Same thing is happening here in Nashville. I am getting some orders (not like I used to, but certainly no shopping orders anymore) from certain Walmarts and today I had to help an elderly woman get her groceries into her kitchen. She had to communicate that to me in English, which most of the scammers would probably not understand. I would not want an unknown person with no background check, bringing groceries into my grandmother’s house. You have to also remember they are getting access codes into neighborhoods and apartments. This is scary stuff, and I cannot believe Walmart is allowing this to happen!

The way I see changes if Walmart start losing customers and customers stop using the service and demand better.

Put on a blue vest and name tag and ask them for id at the self checkout. Watch them cancel and run.

Spark is also cutting pay over half in many areas. Hit my area this week.

In most states you cannot be an independent contractor without a business license, bond, insurance. Otherwise you are an employee and don’t matter what you signed… call your department of labor and industry to ask about their laws

It's very hard to get decent Spark orders on a consistent basis in the Orlando area, tons of Hispanics here. The only thing i can think of that will make a huge difference in the country in general is when Trump gets back in and he cleans house starting with a mass deportation of every illegal. The military is gonna be very busy. Until then we will just have to tough it out i believe. Maybe a new gig companies will come out and replace these corrupt corporate companies like Amazon and Walmart. Walmart won’t stop these people because they are taking the orders and not complaining about the rates paid. Top drivers/ delivery personnel are more selective about the rate pay. They would be better off to id the drivers coming up complaining and slowly stop sending them orders. This is what is happening. My account got deactivated last Saturday.. they claimed that I delivered alcohol without checking the client’s id or that the client was under the influence. How could a driver close the order without inputting the client’s ID information in the app? I am a Legit and honest, my clients loved me and showered me with tips, 5stars reviews, and almost 500 flawless orders..I’m livid! Applied for an appeal but haven’t gotten any reply yet. Any suggestions? Can’t remember to see that we are responsible to see, know and smell the client’s breath before we hand them their alcohol order.

Walmart won’t get in trouble and it’s technically not illegal either. There’s no merits for a lawsuit as we are not EMPLOYEES but independent contractors. Furthermore you’ll need to have hardcore evidence to proof it in court meaning you’ll also need data from Walmart/Spark that those orders from fraudulent drivers.
