Awesome to have old friends like that in life . I buried my last one 5 years ago ,we had each other for 50 years . Sure was great to have a life long friend to share families with and life with . Cherish them while you can .

Well I was greatly surprised by the games, here's my opinion (everybody has one) how it was. Rory was the most skilled and calculated, FabRat the least fucks given and the most exciting, Matt the biggest crawling beast that full filled all expectations, Eric the underdog that showed he sure was not the underdog, and comes to Merlin DAMN man! Merlin had more fun than anyone there and I was thoroughly impressed by the Rig I thought would be the least impressive. My pick overall is Merlin, most fun, most surprising, best SEND IT! of all. Hell Yeah Brother!

Bummer about your tent filling up! I did big tents for a few years way back and we called those 'water bags'. During weddings and events if it was raining we had people on water bag duty. Walk around and push up with a stick to drain them. AWESOME TRUCK!! 🤘

I’m glad to know that I’m not the only one that was working when I was eight. In the summertime I would get paid by the lady who rented the house to my parents to pull weeds out of her soybeans (20-30 acres) had a paper route and by 13 I was working in a gas station changing oil fixing flats and pumping gas. Weekends and during summer vacation. Been watching all you guys for the last couple years. Love the content.

When I was adding diesel treatment on fill ups to my work truck I always used the cap for the proper amount… that pre-measure bottle is a nice touch … worth its weight in gold

I have something similar over my boat. i pulled 1/8" stranded wire taught in an X between the cross fittings stemming from anchors on the ground. Not only does water not pool, but the taught angles keep it very stable to wind. Good luck. I haven't seen the results of the wrecker games, but from the clips I have seen, You may have won that sob!

Mate, I’m in Australia. Been a Diesel fitter for most of my life. Love your rig and I don’t really care what everyone else says, there is no sound quite like a decent Diesel engine under load. You have my vote.

Merlon Hi, I loved seeing you towing that Jeep on an "A Frame" (In England), I've always loved towing; I had 2 caravans (Tow behind sleeping & Cooking house, a Trailer) & I had my "HGV Class One" (licence to drive an articulated lorry for a company in business/trading ; 44 metric tons ~~) & loved driving the lorries but not the log book/tachograph (devices to monitor drivers working & driving hours) & the crap that went with the equiment to monitor drivers. I also like when you go on a breakdown/recovery & other stuff. Keep up the good work. Ian from England.

Always informative, educational & upbeat. The drive with the two rigs down the Vegas Strip, memorable. The wrecker games finished Saturday. I assume M got back yesterday or today? Amazing (wonderful) to connect with an old buddy. (I lost one of my closest friends, in Dec. I'd known for 40 years). I was not at the WG's, will have to see the reports. I'm guessing Rory at Trail Mater & Merlin with & his rig, 'wowed" the crowds & functioned without a hitch. Each rig operator will have a "competition of stories". As long as Merlin & his buddy got back safely, that's most important. I wish good/better health to his wife & family.

Yeah buddy..... you and Cuzin Paul gave the best show hands down. I came all the way up from Louisiana and I'm so glad I did. Actually seeing you guys's rigs in person is way different than seeing them on KZfaq. They are much much more impressive in person can anyone can imagine by just watching them on a screen. Mad skills brother. Oh! and I apologize for my previous rating or prediction of the placing. I had it all wrong.

I've thought about putting up a carport cover similar to yours, but the occasional winds here in Cochise County would shred it. Now I'm thinking a shipping container or two. Sure do love old Tow Mater!

It amazes me when someone who knows, talks about Cetane and what it does, how to use it, etc. I used to be in the diesel tractor business and we used Cetane booster all of the time. Very few people in the fuel industry even know of or promote Cetane foe diesel fuel. There is very little info available from the industry and many truck stops don't even know what the Cetane ratings are in the fuel they sell. Nice job Merlin.
