I really needed to hear this.. Yesterday, I got a bit too confident and opened more trades, thinking I was onto something big. But here's the kicker - I didn't hit the stop-loss, yet I went over my daily drawdown limits. Talk about frustrating! To make matters worse, a few hours later, after they terminated my account, my trade finally hit TP. Could've won the whole challenge with just one trade! 😩 I was pretty upset and felt like I got a raw deal. But you know what? Looking back, I see I was risking way too much - nearly 4%! That's way beyond my risk management rules and what a prop firm account should handle. The real lesson here, folks: It's not just about the strategy; it's about your mindset and discipline. I turned this into a competition instead of treating it like the serious gig it is, where you gotta nail risk, trades, and emotions. So, I'm taking a step back and only getting back in the game when I can stick to the plan 110%. 🚀💪💰

I make everything you’ve said in this video is 100% correct! I’ve forked out almost £40k in education and I have to admit I’ve gone from one educator to the next! Looking for the easiest strategy. It’s only in the last 6 months that I’ve started to become profitable because I decided to start sacrificing and start putting the effort in. Thank you so much !!! This is exactly the video i need.. Your right it is so easy in terms of entry level that i haven't really sat down and taken it seriously. This week i stopped trading and have started to build up right from the foundations. So look at my life totally differently now and do things the opposite. I realise i can't trade until everything in my life is organized and im 100% focused, otherwise im just going to kept the boom and bust cycle of my trading accounts

Same Journey Brother. Very profitable stratergy with super high expectancy, i trade it well for a couple weeks then i blow the account on one day overleveraging because i bring real life issues into the charts and try to have a feel good moment by having a huge win to compensate for the terrible feelings i'm having inside. August 15th i decided to take the rest of August off and focus on fixing issues irl and developing a good pre trading routine before starting up fresh in September and take it seriously this time around. Man I loved listening to this. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I realized when I stopped trading my greed, and focused on trading risk everything turned around. Overtrading stopped, revenge trading stopped, over leveraging stopped. Profitability came. It took years to finally accept this. I will now only analyze a trade on the risk I’m willing to take, and the quality of the setup determines my risk. It’s a switch from offense to defense. From greed to process.

Thank You Rock, I just found your channel and just this video got me subscribed. I can relate with what you said in the video. Last week I was disciplined and I passed a prop firm challenge in 5 days meanwhile my first trial took me 120 days and I still lost it. This week I took another prop firm hoping to recreate the feat but here I ma in serious drawdown cos I'm not discipline. firstly I was too loud with the feat, too hasty to pass this account, In a rush to cash out and ultimately not following my trading plan of trading just one pair alone. It's all good. I'll make amends even in life outside trading, The hard work needs to be done. Thank you once again
