This is one of those songs that just gets nailed every time it's covered. The original by the Shirelles, the Ronettes, then Helen Shapiro, then Amy Winehouse.....not to mention a boat load of others that might surprise you. Look it up, it's an eye opener to be sure. I confess I have a huge soft spot for the Helen Shapiro version but love all the others as well. I've even heard Carole King sing it with freaking James Taylor and Joni Mitchell backing. But then this comes along, holy cow Batman does this song ever stop giving?

I was looking on KZfaq for a song I remembered from my youth, Gimme Little Sign by Brenton Wood. I noticed a rendition of the song was done by a Sarah Collins, so I listened to it. What a great voice! I had to google her. What a story. I looked at all the songs she shared- I have to admit, I was blown away. I love Motown/50's/60's/70's. I listened for hours, she led me right down memory lane. I can't thank her enough. Since I read you sometimes do requests from fans... and I'm a big one now. I always thought Marie Osmond had a very pure voice... would you consider doing a fun little song called Jambalaya? God Bless you and your family... Thank you
