Essentially we can 3d track in a mask, so we don't have to use the pen tool frame by frame to keep it lined up with the thing we are trying to mask out. Learn how to 3d track in your masks into your scene so you can minimize how much you actually have to use the pen tool!! I use this masking trick all the time, and hope you learn something useful :D

may i know the reason why u mask the lamp and the wall?

If don't, lamp and that bed head rest will cut by that other video. If do, can place other video behind that lamp. That will look real.
