6:30 slight correction: the blade is now HALF Hardened. 301 is a stainless with very low carbon content meaning it cannot be heat treated. So this uses a process called work hardening which isn't as good as heat treating but still hardens the steel (albeit bringing it closer to the ultimate point). Just bein a lil nitpick for ya :P

You should also review PHILIPPINE MADE BALISONG, since it's where balisongs originated.. I always see a lot of flippers review US made balisongs, and China Made balisongs, but never see anyone talk about Philippine Made Balisongs.

Thanks for the code! I just ordered a blemished Triton v2 and with the code and blemish discount it was only $114. It was between the squidtrainer v3.5 and the Triton v2 and with how many knives I’ve been buying recently, I had to save the extra money. I’ll buy a glidr too if they ever restock.

Man, all the mention of glide co but they NEVER DROP. I wish I could get one so bad. Great video. I'd been looking into the Triton as a new flipper but I have become so enamored with flipping that I just ponied up and got a Natulus today (with help to your review). Great content. Glidrco has had a really hard time sourcing parts and stuff because of the lockdowns due to covid in Australia, so that's the main reason behind their lack of drops for the past year

I got mine in October and a week later the tolerances went to shit, and when I unboxed the knife the one handle was over tightened. It ran be abt 240 dollars after duties tax and shipping ( CAD)

So I bought a Triton V2 around launch and I've since cleaned and it and reloctited it with threadlocker red. I was wondering if I should adjust it since it's been loctited because it almost has tap or should I wait until it does have tap to reloctite it and adjust it then?

You dhould not have used red first off its best to use blue 243 or 242 loctite since red will make it insanely hard to get the screws out

Oh also Brandon, the loctite thing happened to me on my nautilus from the last drop where they did that color. I was pretty scared of applying much force to my new baby and even pushing real hard I just could not get the damn screws out till 3 days of trying. I clean all my flippers every couple of weeks so a few days ago I got to take the screws at the bottom of the handles out for the first time, legitimately could not get them out with 2 T10 drivers until I put one of the drivers in a clamp and pushed hard as hell. That wasn't the case for the pivots luckily but those bottom ones just did not want to come out

@@thedimmadumdoughboy7347 next time you have issues getting screws out that are or might be stuck with loctite: use a blow-dryer or heat gun. Get the screw hot and it'll break up the loctite.

How sure are you that this was the Prime Brandon, and not one of the myriad of clones? I mean, how much time could a clone have invested into flipping in such a short lifespan? And while we are on the topic, is Prime Brandon a better flipper than all of the clones, or did, perhaps, one of them somehow mutate slightly and acquire ungodly flipping skills during the gestation process? In the end, though, I guess this provides us with the true meaning of “Where there’s a Will, there’s a hundred Brandons.” (Or is it a thousand by now?)
