Definitely change the sheets weekly, and extra changes if you've been ill or had sex I guess (sweat, other bodily fluids etc)!

In the winter I change the bedding and freshen the mattress on a Sunday but in the warmer weather (when we get them, I’m in Scotland😂) I do it twice a week

Bucket list tick there for William, filling Jordans slot. Also, I'm with Jordan on the pizza eating, l don't fold. And will split a burger up to eat each component separately. Eg, take the top bun off a fillet o fish, spread the white stuff over the bun flat bit and eat the bun by itself. Then eat the rest as an open face burger.
