My father grew up in Malta so amoung the people he grew up with there was an influence of listening country and rock music, so he kinda became obsessed with those type of music. So myself growing up thats all i listened to. The likes of Bradly Paisely , Keith urban , Dobbie gray{am not so sure which genre he sings} Bryan Adams songs etc

It was released to radio only very recently, so we have to wait and see. It usually takes a few weeks before gaining momentum. But, unfortunately, you're probably right. "Missing" struggled to gain any traction, so this is now the third single from the album, hoping for the best. LANCO's "Greatest Love Story" is currently #1 for a second week, so there's hope. Few people thought "Greatest Love Story" had a chance.

That's interesting. He must have released it in Europe earlier than here. In general, country fans in Europe have better tastes than here in America, even though it's our homegrown genre! I've heard several country artists talk about this. If you want to see what's being played on country radio in America, then look at the Billboard Country Airplay chart. If a song is not on this chart (or never has been on this chart) then it is not on country radio in the US.

rockpaperscissors82 I don't think it has been released in Europe at all. For some reason, some country artists always make it into our chart now and then. This guy had a hit here in the summer of 2016 with a song called I Met a Girl. I have discovered new country music in 2015, when Brad Paisley scored a huge hit here with the song Beat This Summer, but I was never really a fan of the USA country. Jason Aldean, Thomas Rhett, Chase Rice, Florida Georgia Line, I find that stuff unlistenable and boring. Anyway I do like some singers labeled country. I can recall a very good group of two girls with a song called Fly, that was also a hit here in the Summer of 2015. Paisley is great and I think he was in the top 20 last month with Last Time for Everything. I can recall very good country singers getting traction, expecially David Nail, Hudson Moore, Dierks Bentley, Josh Turner and Brett Eldredge. That's good music but terribly underrated outside Italy in my opinion

Nicole Jay country radio is a shame nowadays, they are boycotting this guy and his great music just like they are boycotting David Nail, Brad Paisley, Kacey Musgraves, Alan Jackson, Joe Nichols... I don't know why but country radio programmers are trying to shove the same damn songs over and over down listeners' throats. Therefore I'm boycotting country radio until they start playing this great song or Breathless by Joe Nichols, Last Time for Everything by Brad Paisley and more

US MARINES GAMING 2015 it's not actually, country radio has refused to play this song and Warner Music had to take it out of promotion. If one station plays it that doesn't mean that the other 3000 stations do. Country radio is garbage

Joseph Butler there are quality artists in country music that doesn't sound traditional at all (see David Nail). But yeah, most of today's country singers are assholes singing about porn on tractors like fucking jason aldean and brantley gilbert. If a guy like this one gets successful and brings back the traditional music style that Alan Jackson and George Strait used to play than he's a savior to me, or one of the saviors
