Don't listen to this dude. This indicater can stay in overbought or oversold zones for many days and you will blow your account. DO NOT TRADE USING THIS INDIACTOR. USE OTHER INDICATORS FOR CONFIRMATION... HE DIDN'T EVEN EXPLAIN IT PROPERLY.

It can actually be used in the traditional way, but some caveats apply in order to prevent staying in the overbought or oversold zone for too long. Confirmation can be sought from other data points to support the trade.
