To honor the baseball legend, remarks from people like Michael Mays, Barry Bonds, Dusty Baker, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and Juan Marichal were heard.

Thank You S.F. Giants for posting the Mr. Willie Mays ceremony, due to hurricane Beryl, I wasn't able to watch it since I didn't have power but thankfully power returned earlier today to our home. Go Giants,Prayers & Blessings to the Mayes Fmaily & S.F. Giants Family 🥰💜🙏⚾️ Forever 24 💜⚾️

Rest in peace, Willie. It's crazy how we lost both Mays and Cepeda within 10 days of each other. Both had long and great lives. The Giants organization does a great job with these events and honoring the Giant's legends. "Heros get remembered but legends never die."
