We're talking Victorian era Britain (and possibly worldwide) Actually there used to be a popular UK shop chain which was called something similar but I forgot the guys name. Maybe somebody could fill me in It was "Mr something's.. sweet shoppe" unfortunately the one nearest to me rebranded to just "Candy shop" a crushing blow to the joy once experienced within as a kid

You legally have to have security at any event held in the UK. 1 Security team member (SIA CARDED) per 150 non drinking attendants, double if alcohol is being served. Sweety shops used to be called things along the lines of "Ye olde sweet shoppe"
