amazing cutscenes and storyline 100% yes, but when I spend 40% of the game fucking driving and the other 40% doing the same deal dmg quest 17 times and the same steal X vehicle and bring it back sidequests another 100 times, then boy, it does have some problems

The dlc was great. It was focused snd contained. The main game world was way too big and empty. Plus didn't feel like a mafia game for a lot of fans.

Even tho they still didn't improve on things (when you load in you can see cars looking like poop before you load in) but overall its a great game. The graphics are not the best, but the storyline is incredible. And they did a very good job on which music they should play on a mission.
