@@lisirenprod1003 Thank you for tha correction. I guess when I wrote this I was comparing it to older FS sirens. Not trying to say it's model 2 quiet 😂

An "out of control forest fire" might need more than 1 brush truck.. and perhaps additional tankers. The first two trucks out the door will do them very little good, except perhaps to hose down the garage and house.

yep...and most also require an air-unit to drop water on the flames

In Wisconsin we have DNR and mutual aid departments plus planes and choppers if needed.

Why do all rural fire departments always seem to run either their utility vehicle, or a brush vehicle first? Even for possible building fires! 😅

Nice small radio. I still remember the motorola gp300 radio. And the gp 350 model. Those were massive and you vould use them as a Hammer too. Nice video too

Not a radio. Motorola minitor 6 pager. Love my minitor 6. I also have the minitor 5. And a Unication G1 pager.

I have the same pager Lemoore volunteer fire department the entire fire department is totally volunteer from the chief to the 37th man. We are all Volunteers and I should Brag about my fire department we are simply the best volunteer fire department we have a ISO rating of 2 that is even paid departments we have better ISO ratings

Most likely had a gator or polaris off road utility vehicles for transporting crews and gear and small water skid units deeper in the terrian closer to the front line

@@firefighter1107 , I've also seen brush PPE as opposed to structural PPE in a trailer like that.
